The Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) portion of the Cintas Retirement Plan is a convenient way to set aside money for your future financial security. And, depending on Company profits, Cintas may match up to 20% of your contributions to a maximum of 10% of your pay that you choose to set aside in your RRSP during the year. By working together, your savings and the Company matching contributions add up to a more secure financial future for you and your family. Cintas may also contribute to your Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP) account based on fiscal Year-end results.

Eligibility

All regular full-time and regular part-time partners are eligible to join on January 1, April 1, July 1 or October 1, following completion of 12 months of service. Participation in the DPSP portion of the plan is automatic once partners meet the eligibility requirements. Partners must enrol after meeting the eligibility requirements to become a participant in the RRSP portion of the plan.
